  25.     General purpose tools for developers. DE1ST will replace the control
  26.     characters in a 1ST_WORD output file with spaces. FDUMP will dump files in
  27.     hex and ASCII. LIST does file lists, with page breaks and numbers, and
  28.     optional line numbers. TIME will time the execution of some other program,
  29.     to 1/100 of a second. TOHEX will convert any file to a hex input stream,
